Flight 2 World provides secure and safe flight reservations. The next paragraphs contain every piece of information relating to the conditions of use for flight reservations. Before deciding to use our services, we advise you to carefully read these terms and conditions. If there is a clause in our conditions of use that you disagree with, please contact us to discuss it. If our explanation wasn't clear enough for you, you can choose not to book a flight through our website. When you choose to use our services, we will take that as your full acceptance of all of the terms and conditions set forth in this document.

Contract
When you use our site to book a flight, you'll also be entering into a contract with the specific travel vendor. This might be the airline company, hotel manager, or travel agency who handled your flight's direct booking. These service providers' own terms and conditions apply, which are not covered by our policy papers. When you book your flight through us, we won't be held liable for their terms and conditions, thus we advise you to carefully review their regulations. You could ask the relevant supplier for a copy of their separate policy documents if you can't find them.
Booking
When you buy a flight, you provide us your information, and we assume that what you tell us is true to the best of your knowledge. You must make sure the reservation information for your flight is valid and proper on your end as well. After the flight booking procedure is complete, we do not accept any booking modifications. If these changes are accepted, there can be fees associated with implementing them.
In order to eliminate any discrepancies, we will verify your personal information and booking information with the appropriate service provider. If you run into any problems with your booking information, please let us know as soon as possible. Unless otherwise specified, all flight tickets we offer are non-transferable, non-changeable, and non-refundable.
If necessary, we may provide the relevant authorities, such as customs and immigration officials, with the information you submit with us. This may include private information about your dietary restrictions, disability, or allegiance with a particular religion. Furthermore, we might be asked to give your booking details to investigators or security personnel.
Please take note that no third party will ever receive your personal information without your permission. Customs or border protection agents may ask us to share your information if you are travelling to the US in order to prevent or investigate terrorism- and cyber-related offences. You can ask your concerned service provider for a copy of the documents that contain all the necessary information about your data protection.
Booking Confirmation
While processing your flight reservation, we will confirm the cost of your flights. If there are any problems with the payment or transaction procedure, we will contact you right away by phone or email. After the booking has been completed, you can anticipate receiving your confirmed flight ticket in at least 48 hours.
Baggage
Baggage fees vary depending on your flight's route, travel class, cabin type, and other specific requests that you make to the airline. You should be aware that the airline will charge extra for special services, excess baggage, and checked baggage. You can check the website of the relevant airline for the most recent instructions on baggage limits and baggage fees.
To avoid last-minute headaches related to airport formalities, we anticipate you to arrive at the airport on time. Your flight ticket will be tagged with a "No-Show" if you don't follow the airline's guidelines for proper boarding protocol. Additionally, they won't consider changing your vacation plans or getting a refund. When boarding your flight, make sure you have your passport, visa, and other travel documentation with you.
Payment
When booking a flight, we anticipate that our customers will pay in full or in part (as allowed). You must pay the remaining balance on or before the due date if you are just making a partial payment toward your agreement. If you don't pay on time, the airline has the right to cancel your reservation, which could result in additional cancellation fees depending on their terms of service.
Tickets
Depending on the travel route and the airline with whom the ticket is being booked, your flight reservation's ticket category may change. Nowadays, the majority of airlines easily provide electronic tickets. E-tickets will be issued by flight2world.co.uk if the schedule allows for it. For chartered flights, paper tickets are often issued and delivered by regular mail.
Non-Delivery or Non-Receipt of Tickets:
If you don't have a paper ticket or an electronic ticket, please let us know as soon as possible. Furthermore, it will not be our responsibility if your junk mail settings prevent you from receiving your e-ticket or if you gave the incorrect email address.
Airline Ticket Refunds
No matter how many airline tickets are returned for compensation, there will be an administration fee assessed per ticket based on the scheduled classes. In accordance with their specific terms and conditions, the airline or consolidator may also levy cancellation fees.
If the flight fare is less than the administration fee that will be charged for the refund process, your ticket will be regarded to be entirely non-refundable. Additionally, there are administration fees of £50 per ticket for tax refund applications, which will be provided at your request from our end. Until we receive the reimbursement funds from the relevant airline or travel consolidator, we won't release the money. Typically, it takes 8 to 10 weeks from the day the refund request is submitted to the relevant airline or consolidator.
Your Payment Protection
For all of the flights and vacation packages that you order with us, we guarantee a secure payment channel. They are secured using SSL encryption, and we can verify this with an official certification. By being fully PCI compliant in this way, every transaction and purchase you make on our website is 100% safe and secure.
With the Secure SSL Booking gateway, we assist you in protecting your transactions, and you will be given access to all the benefits of payment protection. Bookings Made Online
As you book your tickets online, you will be required to enter all the necessary details. Every online booking will be automatically processed and it will be your complete responsibility to ensure that all the details shared with us, including but not limited to travel information, is correct to the best of your knowledge; that you have chosen the right flight, hotel, or any other special travel arrangement; that your data is entered accurately and is the same as that printed on your passport.
We won’t be liable for any discrepancy in any information that you have entered online or share with us. You must agree to the fact that any error while entering the data or while choosing your travel arrangements could result in extra charges. Where you use a credit/debit card for making your payment, kindly ensure that the card is issued in your name or if you are using a card of a third-party, then you have his due authorization to use the card. There must be sufficient funds in the debit/credit card to cover the entire cost of the package and additional travel arrangements. As we accept your travel booking, we will process the same depending on the availability, and debit the required payment from your respective account. After this, we will send you a confirmation e-mail along with a copy of invoice to your registered e-mail address. We do not provide any guarantee or representation for the availability of any particular holiday package, flight or any individual element. Our online booking service is protected against any malware or infectious virus.
Bookings Made Through Telephone
As you make a booking via telephone, you will be expected to share all the necessary details as required. Do ensure that every piece of information that you share with us is complete and accurate. If you use a debit/credit card for making the payment for your booking, then make sure that the card is issued in your name. Where you use a card of a third-part card owner, you must have the complete authority to use the card to make the payment. The card that you use for your booking must have enough funds for the complete payment as well as any additional arrangements. Telephone booking confirmation holds the same authority as that of a written format.
We cannot guarantee availability of any particular package, flight, or individual element until your booking gets confirmed after you make the complete payment. After we accept your booking, we will process the same from our end and deduct the total fare from your account. Henceforth, cancellation charges will apply. Thereafter, we will send a confirmation e-mail along with your ticket(s) and a copy of invoice to your registered e-mail address. As you receive our mail, verify your invoice and ticket details for any discrepancy, and in case you come across any such issues, bring the same to our notice at the earliest. After completion of your booking process, any king of booking changes will entail additional charges along with the service and administration fees as levied by the concerned service supplier.
Refund
In case you have applied for the refund, there's no specific time period within which we can guarantee your refund to be processed. We accept refund requests only on REQUEST basis. For the current status regarding your refund request, you may call us 72 hours after placing your request. After the re-confirmation of your refund request process, it may take another 8 to 10 weeks for the funds to reflect on your debit or credit card. You may also go through all the relevant provisions of our Terms and Conditions, particularly “Flight Cancellations”, “Changes to Flights Already Purchased”, “Human Error or Customer Service Agent's Error”, “Hotel Reservations Rules and Regulations”, “Itinerary Re-confirmation” and “Changes and Cancellations”, etc.
Flight Cancellations
All airline tickets sold on Flight 2 World are non-refundable. Where particular airline allows booking cancellation, you will be given a credit which you may redeem for your future reservation. However, the booking will be valid only for the same airline and you will be required to pay the fare difference (if any) and other fees as applicable to the booking. The credit must be redeemed with the stipulated period of time. You could place your cancellation request with our customer service agents and must make it before your flight departure time. We cannot guarantee the possibility of any booking cancellation and you will be required to pay a cancellation fee which may be upto £100 to be paid at the time of booking cancellation. Flight 2 World retains this cancellation fee. Your credit will be available for a limited time period. We expect you to inquire the concerned agent for the time before which it must be redeemed. Your failure to use your credit before the specified date may lead to forfeiture of the credit amount. You will be required to the airline fees and fare difference (if any) for your new booking. Apart from it, you will also have to pay the Flight 2 World Exchange fees. These provisions for booking changes are governed as per the rules and regulations of the airline. Flight 2 World cannot give any assurance on changes or fees. There is no additional representation for the Ticket Exchange fees as applicable from our end. However, our agents will guide you with finding new flights and try re-booking a new flight on the basis of availability and other factors.
Flight 2 World TERMS & CONDITIONS - HOLIDAY PACKAGES
The Holiday Package Terms & Conditions set forth here take precedence over the Terms & Conditions of any particular service. The Holiday Package Terms & Conditions are subject to change by Flight 2 World at any time and without previous notice. The Holiday Package Terms & Conditions are subject to change at any time, and any modifications take effect when they are posted here. The revised Terms & Conditions, including the policies for changes and cancellations, supersede all earlier versions.
All the prices on Flight 2 World are in British Pounds.
All of Flight 2 World's vacation packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Nothing about our vacation package is guaranteed. Up until Flight 2 World receives the complete payment for the package, it is included of the cost, availability, and/or travel dates.
PAYMENT IN FULL CONSTITUTES FINAL ACCEPTANCE
For any overseas trips, Flight 2 World requires a government-issued ID evidence and a passport to confirm your reservation. It is your obligation to submit us the proper documentation, and Flight 2 World will not be liable if you are unable to do so. Transit visas could be necessary for various nations if you are travelling with a layover. Please contact the relevant local consulate of the country you are visiting with any questions. We advise that you travel with your passport and government-issued ID card on you at all times. Airport security checks, your accommodation, vehicle rental pick-up locations, tourist sites, and other services as determined by suppliers are among the locations where you might need your passport.
For overseas travel, U.K. citizens must have a passport that is valid for at least six months. If you fly with insufficient travel documents and are refused boarding, have travel delays, or only use a portion of your Flight 2 World-booked vacation package, you are not entitled to a refund.
If there are multiple travellers on a single booking record, all must travel together on the same itinerary. Individual travellers cannot be added to or removed from any holiday package after the booking is complete. A vacation package cannot be renamed or transferred to a new name.
Cancellation by Suppliers
When you book a holiday with Flight 2 World, we book each portion of your Holiday Package by a separate airline, hotel, car hire company. They are known as a "Travel Supplier". So if a single or all the Suppliers cancel your Holiday Package, please inform us. When you raise a request we will arrange for an alternative option for you. However, we cannot be held responsible for how the Supplier delivers or fails to deliver the booked service. And issue a refund of the money paid by you including incidental or consequential damages for availing the service booked via Flight 2 World.
Special requests made for a Holiday Package are just requests and cannot be guaranteed by Flight 2 World. As a service provider, we will pass reasonable requests to your Travel Supplier without any guarantees.
Pricing and Payment:
Prices and availability are valid only in combination with a holiday package in its entirety and don't apply to a single service. Flight 2 World does not provide you with a breakdown of the cost for each service of your Holiday Package booking.
Our Holiday Package prices include our Service Charge and Taxes & Fees. You have all the responsibility for any additional surcharges that are charged by the Travel Supplier. For any queries that you may have about surcharges, please contact your Travel Supplier directly. Some cities charge a government entry/exit fee. The fees are applicable as per your destination city of visit. The holiday package is not inclusive of the travel insurance, any collision damages, personal accident insurance, or any charges levied by the Travel Supplier as incidentals.
Flight 2 World accepts all popular payment cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, to complete a successful booking.
You authorise Flight 2 World to charge the price of the vacation package booking to the credit card you provided.
Travel Suppliers like car hire and hotels usually ask for a valid credit card to be presented at the time of check-in or at the pick-up point. It is to confirm the authorized card usage or to secure any additional charges or security amount. Some of the Travel Suppliers enlisted with us do not accept Debit cards.
Holiday Package Changes, Cancellation, and Refunds:
Contact us if there are any changes or to cancel any holiday package reservations. It is strongly advised by Flight 2 World that you avoid contacting specific Travel Suppliers. Some or all of the components are non-refundable once we've confirmed the vacation reservation with you. All packages are cancelled in accordance with the travel product component's cancellation policy. All passengers on a single reservation must travel together in accordance with the specified itinerary. It is impossible to add or remove specific travellers from any vacation package after the booking is complete.
Any cancellation fees imposed by Flight 2 World and other travel vendors for reservations made for flights, lodging, rental cars, and other travel services are your responsibility.
On Flight 2 World, partial cancellations of one service from a package are not permitted. The plane, car, and hotel are all cancelled at the same time. For thorough details regarding your holiday cancellation, contact our customer service staff.
Once you commence the trip, no changes are allowed. You are hereby notified that there are no refunds for early check-out, car hire, or any unused portion of the holiday package that you book with us.
The Flight 2 World service charge and the Travel Supplier cancellation charge both apply when cancelling a vacation package.
Responsibility:
We create plans with other vendors for vacation packages that include travel, lodging, and rental cars. For the purpose of offering you travel-related services, we are not the travel supplier's agent. Your claim for the travel service should be made directly to the relevant Travel Supplier, not to Flight 2 World, in order to resolve any difficulties you may have.
Flight 2 World strongly advises that you buy a travel insurance policy. It covers some cancellation and change expenses. Payments made under travel insurance are subject to the policy's exclusions.
